How long does it take to process my order?
All items from GiftsLabLV are handmade and customized. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time allows us to carefully create and prepare your custom item.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Can I customize my item?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, colors, or special designs. Simply enter your customization details when placing your order.

Do you accept custom design requests?
Absolutely. If you have a specific idea or theme in mind, you can place a custom order or contact us to discuss your design.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because most items are custom-made, all personalized items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production.

How should I care for my custom cup or tumbler?
To keep your design looking its best:
• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Not dishwasher safe
• Not microwave safe
