Welcome to GiftsLabLV. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Services

GiftsLabLV offers handmade, customized, personalized, and ready-to-ship products, including tumblers, drinkware, 3D-printed items, badge reels, gifts, business essentials, and other custom creations.

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, placement, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade and 3D-printing process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

2. Custom Orders

For personalized orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, colors, photos, logos, sizes, and other customization details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. GiftsLabLV is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to contact customers if additional information or clarification is needed before beginning a custom order.

3. Order Processing

Most custom and made-to-order items require 7–14 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner when available.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are outside of GiftsLabLV's control.

GiftsLabLV is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

5. Payments

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed.

GiftsLabLV reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect pricing or product information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for a return request within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is another issue with your order, please contact GiftsLabLV within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.

8. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.

For customized drinkware, we generally recommend gentle hand washing and avoiding harsh chemicals, prolonged soaking, and extreme temperatures unless otherwise specified.

GiftsLabLV is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or care.

9. Product Photos & Colors

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and details on our website. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Handmade and 3D-printed products may also have minor variations from product photos.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the GiftsLabLV website, including photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, branding, designs, and written content, belongs to GiftsLabLV unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide that content for the purpose of creating your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate another person's intellectual property rights.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the GiftsLabLV website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or otherwise misuse our services.

13. Changes to Products & Policies

GiftsLabLV reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or change products, pricing, policies, and website content at any time.

Any changes will be effective when posted on the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftsLabLV is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability relating to an order will generally be limited to the amount paid for that order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
