Thank you for shopping with GiftsLabLV! Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most custom and made-to-order orders require 7–14 business days for processing before they ship.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner when available.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Our standard shipping option is:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Please note that shipping transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. GiftsLabLV is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

During holidays and peak ordering periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to GiftsLabLV because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact GiftsLabLV within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, GiftsLabLV ships within the United States only.
